Svenja Falk is the Managing Director at Accenture Research. She is responsible for the Global Health & Public Service division as well as for the cross-sectional topic of the future of work. She also leads the working group on digital business models under the umbrella of the Platform Industrie 4.0, is a fellow at the Hertie School in Berlin and honorary professor at the Justus-Liebig Universität Giessen.
