Since December 2016, Ska Keller has been the Co-President of the Group of the Greens/European Free Alliance in the European Parliament. In 2009, she was elected to the Parliament at the age of 27. Ska was the European Greens' front runner in the 2014 and 2019 European elections and in 2019 also ran as the German Greens' top candidate. In this capacity, she led the Greens to their most successful result to date. In July 2019, she was reelected as Co-President of the Group of the Greens/European Free Alliance.
