Magdalena Biejat is a Member of the Polish Parliament, sociologist and translator of Spanish literature, who has for years been associated with non-governmental organizations. As a volunteer, she worked with people affected by homelessness and was involved in the freedom of assembly observation program implemented by the Helsinki Foundation for Human Rights. Since 2015, she’s been a member of the RAZEM Party and member of the Warsaw District Council. In Parliament, she strives for the transparency of decision-making processes, women's rights and better social policies for all.
