Johannes Anttila is a social scientist, a thinker and a doer who believes that solving the world’s wicked problems requires bringing people together and thinking about the long term. At Demos Helsinki, he is a part of the Democracy and Capabilities team, where his current work includes Demos Helsinki’s and the Finnish Innovation Fund Sitra’s Next Era vision and thinking about the future of work. Before joining Demos, Anttila has worked as a consultant at an agency specialized in strategic communications, co-founded a company that helps students through peer-learning and been an active member of Helsinki Think Company, an entrepreneurship society that aims to tackle wicked problems by taking academics into action.
