Giuliano da Empoli

Giuliano da Empoli is the Chairman of Volta, a think tank based in Milan, Rome and Brussels. In Europe, VOLTA is actively engaged in the creation and dissemination of the big ideas needed to reenergise the public debate, restoring a sense of direction to meet the challenges of the 21st century. He is also author of the book ‘Ingenieure des Chaos’ which deals with the topic of how smart social media experts play into the hands of right-wing populists and are manipulating our democracy.
