Anna Gainey

Anna Gainey is Co-Founder as well as Executive Director of the Gainey Foundation, which provides funding for youth environmental and arts educational programs. From 2014 to 2018, she served as President of the Liberal Party of Canada as she campaigned primarily on preparing the Liberal Party for the next election by empowering its grassroots, focusing on volunteers, and developing a digital culture within the organization. In addition to being an active member of the Liberal Party for over 15 years, Anna Gainey has also worked as a special assistant to Minister John McCallum and as NATO policy advisor to Minister Bill Graham.
