Elijus Čivilis is the Vice-Minister of the Economy and Innovation of the Republic of Lithuania, who is responsible for the consolidation and optimised management of the national information resources infrastructure and the national tourism policy. Prior to becoming Vice-Minister, Elijus Čivilis held senior management positions in IBM units in Lithuania, Denmark and Ireland for nearly ten years.
